VaultedIn is deployed on managed UK/EU cloud infrastructure. Its availability depends on Supabase (managed Postgres, UK/EU regions) and Cloudflare (global edge network). If you suspect a wider outage that isn't yet reflected above, check the upstream status pages directly and raise a P1 via /support.
Target availability: 99.5% monthly for the VaultedIn service layer, excluding scheduled maintenance, upstream provider incidents, and firm-caused outages (for example, misconfigured CMS credentials).
